These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DEGEN Raffles Platform (“DEGEN Raffles” or the “Platform”), a decentralized raffle marketplace where users can create and participate in raffle competitions. By accessing or using DEGEN Raffles, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using DEGEN Raffles, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use DEGEN Raffles.

Prohibited Users: The use of DEGEN Raffles is strictly prohibited for any individual who is a United States citizen, lawful permanent resident (“green card” holder), or entity incorporated in the United States. By accessing or using DEGEN Raffles, you warrant and represent that you are not a US Person as defined by the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(30)) and do not reside in the United States. Any use of DEGEN Raffles by such person(s) constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to terminate your access to DEGEN Raffles if we determine that you are a Prohibited User under this section.

Verification of User: You are required to be verified to access certain features of DEGEN Raffles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials if any and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

User Conduct: You agree not to use DEGEN Raffles for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on DEGEN Raffles, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of DEGEN Raffles or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: DEGEN Raffles may allow users to post, upload, or otherwise submit content to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant DEGEN Raffles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

Raffle Smart Contract: DEGEN Raffles provides a platform interface that interacts with independent public raffle smart contracts deployed by third parties. These smart contracts are accessible to the general public and are not deployed by DEGEN Raffles. The DEGEN Raffles platform serves solely as a web interface facilitating user interaction with these raffle smart contracts. DEGEN Raffles does not own, control, or manage these smart contracts, nor does it bear responsibility for their operation, security, or outcomes. Users acknowledge and agree that their participation in raffles facilitated through the DEGEN Raffles platform is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the respective smart contracts, and that DEGEN Raffles shall not be held liable for any issues arising from interactions with these independent smart contracts.

Raffle Competitions: Users may create and deploy their own raffle competitions on DEGEN Raffles by putting up their digital assets as prizes. DEGEN Raffles is not responsible for the organization or outcome of these competitions, and users participate at their own risk.

Disclaimers: DEGEN Raffles is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DEGEN Raffles does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEGEN Raffles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use DEGEN Raffles; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on DEGEN Raffles; (c) any content obtained from DEGEN Raffles; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold DEGEN Raffles, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, developers and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of DEGEN Raffles or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms: DEGEN Raffles reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility check for updates to this Terms of Services each time you use this site. 

By using DEGEN Raffles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
